Insurance Claim Assistance

Documentation, adjuster meetings and supplements handled on your behalf.

Insurance claims are won on documentation. Most underpaid roof claims aren't denied out of bad faith — they're the result of a rushed inspection with incomplete evidence. We photograph everything, measure to code, meet the adjuster on the roof, and supplement when the approved scope leaves out items that code requires.

What's included

  • Complete photographic and measured damage documentation
  • On-site adjuster meetings so nothing legitimate is overlooked
  • Code-upgrade supplements filed with supporting citations
  • Plain-English explanation of RCV, ACV, depreciation and deductibles

How the process works

  1. 1Damage inspectionRoof, gutters, soft metals, windows and elevations documented in detail.

Frequently asked questions

+Do you waive deductibles?

No. Waiving or absorbing a deductible is insurance fraud in Texas. Any contractor offering it is a contractor to walk away from.

+What is the difference between ACV and RCV?

ACV is depreciated value paid up front. RCV is the full replacement cost, with the recoverable depreciation released after the work is completed and invoiced.

+Do you charge for claim help?

No. Documentation, adjuster meetings and supplement filing are included when we perform the restoration.
