Logan Grimm, the contractor with Roof Smith, made sure that our roof installation went smoothly. He continually kept us informed and kept his word throughout the process. He was professional in his communications with our insurance company. The crew supervised by Daniel did an excellent job and they were very polite at all times. Jake was great to work with! The minute he got there, he went straight to work, no time wasted. He flushed out the rain gutter free of charge since they were clogged. Aside from not being charged for the service, Jake was responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely go with his company!!!

Roof Smith came to my rescue after we had a bad storm. I called Taylor and Bob and they were out the next day to make sure I was not going to have any leaks until we were able to get my roof replaced. They helped with the adjuster and insurance company and made the process smooth and stress free. The whole crew that replaced my roof were hard workers, respectful and cleaned up my whole yard. I have used other roofing companies in the past and they did not do any of those things. Roof Smith is an amazing company!

Lost quite a few shingles in one of our famous wind storms. Roof Smith was recommended by several neighbors. I called them and they were quick to come inspect and repair the damage. They went above and beyond by sweeping for any dropped nails and making sure they cleaned up when they were done. I am glad I gave them a call and recommend you give them your business.

I would highly recommend contacting Roof Smith if you are in the Amarillo area needing any assistance on a roof job, big or small! The last storm that came through my city took a toll on our home. Almost all the shingles were peeled off the roof! The guys at Roof Smith Amarillo made me feel like we were all a family, they got me a quote on the materials I wanted, quoted the skylight my wife had always hoped for, and estimated it to be complete in a reasonable amount of time. Almost as quick as the storm tore up our roof, the Roof Smith team had this quoted, and not only repaired, but improved! Windsor and company hooked up my home in Clovis as I was marketing for sale. He went above and beyond to take care of me and my daily, keeping us updated all the way and doing battle with silly insurance adjusters. Presley was insanely helpful and patient while working the billing and payment side of the equation! Danny with Roof Smith was great through the entire process! I called Roof Smith looking for help with a repair on my home in Clovis, NM. They were very responsive and set up a time to come out and inspect within just a few days. The night before they arrived we had a significant hail storm driving a full roof replacement. Danny was incredibly helpful through the entire insurance claim process and handled the majority of the claim processing with my company, keeping the process incredibly easy. We did have to wait a short duration (no longer than I've had to wait with previous roofing companies) for some materials to arrive, but Danny kept me informed the entire time and went above and beyond to install temporary protection over an exposed portion while we waited. For being based out of Amarillo, they take care of Clovis just as well as if they were there in town. I would absolutely go through Danny and Roof Smith again for any future roofing needs!

BE CAREFUL!!! I wouldn't trust what this company says about your roof. My dad is 70 years old and selling his house. They said my dad's roof was bad and needed to be completely replaced. We have had 5 roofers come out and all 5 said there was nothing wrong with the roof. Looks like they were just trying to take advantage of an old person.

We are very pleased with our new roof! They improved our attic air and temp by adding solar exhaust fans. Just knowing our fireplace has no leaks brings peace of mind for upcoming rains, and a smart way to stay healthy is to prevent mold. ????????????They were very fast, efficient and kind.A complete tear off and new roof in only two days was impressive. We like the way the ridge vents look too. The Shingles are good quality and a beautiful, updated color. The extra trim piece under the shingle edge makes it look sleek, sharp and fresh. Clean lines are always a good thing. We would highly recommend this company and crew!

I am so impressed with this company. The workmanship is incredible. They tore off the old shingles, reroofed a large house and cleaned up everything within 3 days!! The most impressive is the customer service we were given. Our salesman BJ answered every question, showed up to check on the work and was so pleasant, I wanted to adopt him!! He is the real deal! Bob Roof Smith was excellent to work with. I knew when they would be at my house; they had the help to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Their clean up was awesome. The quality if workmanship was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would use them again. A Roof is not something that most people need to have done often. Materials are always changing for the better. They helped me make good choices that I was not familiar with, like how to choose the quality of the shingle, a solar vent to replace the old vent that turns on when the attic temperature reaches 74 degrees, they corrected the dryer vent that was too tall and causing my dryer not to work effectively. I thought my dryer was going out and needed to be replaced. They replaced the roof on my shed to match my house. WOW! They helped me work with my insurance company, and made the process go so much easier. They made sure everything is up to code. Thank you Bob Roof Smith!!
